In what way are your personal details secured?

Eastlink has taken technical and organisational measures to protect your personal details against loss or unlawful processing. Individuals who have access to your details, on behalf of Eastlink, are obliged to maintain confidentiality, for instance on the basis of rules of conduct and professional practice, applicable to them. We make use of the generally accepted standards of technological and operational security in order to protect the information provided by visitors, against loss, misuse, alteration or deletion.

What are your rights with respect to the processing of details?
The General Data Protection Regulation grants certain rights to visitors of websites. For instance, you can request us to give insight in the personal details of yours that we have stored.

This is to protect your privacy. We will reply to your request as soon as possible, within four weeks at the latest.

Eastlink would like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national regulator, the Personal Data Authority. To do this, please contact your data Authority.

Eastlink takes the protection of your details very seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, accidental disclosure and unauthorised changes.
